Wrangling Sheep to Tell a Story

It's hard enough to tell a coherent and compelling story when you're a private company. Imagine having the political chops to pull it off as a mayor; getting the myriad stakeholders on board, corralling the outer agencies, and launching initiatives that don't get overshadowed by the numerous fires that crop up daily is a herculean feat. And as an added bonus he has selected a story that directly works to counter his city's reputation by dint of being in Kentucky. Impressive.
